You're all I ever think about,
I expressed my emotions for you yet you freely chose to break my heart.
It shattered like fragile glass into a million pieces.
When you touch her, smile at her or are near her grief furrows my brow.
Carefully I look away so you'll never know the tears swelling up in my eyes,
it takes all my strength not to cry or look into your blazing blue eyes,
only my diary knows how they make me melt.
How could I ever hate you, no matter what you did.
I could never sabotage someone else's joy, their contentment
especially because it's you.
No matter how hard I try to fake a smile, I can't.
I'm like a ghost, empty and soulless without your warm touch, your company.
Maybe one day Ill learn to look at you,
